Pointstone System Cleaner Stops Working.
Every so often, the software seems to think that the license has expired or something of that nature. In spite of jumping hoops to re-enter the software's registration number, and otherwise proving that I have an authentic copy, the software still doesn't work. There doesn't seem to be a reliable customer service department. Seems perhaps that either they are overworked, or it's a one-person operation. Service is slow, impolite, and explanations are inadequate. To get clarification from them takes even more time. A lot of run around.
Pros: Software works well when it works.
Cons: When it doesn't work, customer service is unresponsive, inadequate, impolite.
